IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL IREDELL COUNTY FACILITIES ARE TOBACCO FREE. YOU MUST LEAVE
THE CAMPUS IN ITS ENTIRETY TO USE ANY TYPE OF TOBACCO PRODUCT INCLUDING
SMOKELESS TOBACCO. ANYONE WHO ABUSES THIS WILL IMMEDIATELY BE ISSUED AN
HONOR THE GAME CARD AND TEAM COACH NOTIFIED. ANY REPEAT OFFENSE, WILL RESULT
IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY.
Directions:
FROM I-40 EAST/WEST: Take I40 to Conover (Exit 133 Rock Barn Rd). At top of ramp take a left
(traveling west) or right (traveling east) at stop light onto Rock Barn Road. ROCK BARN RD becomes
CONOVER BLVD E / US-70 W. Go to the 6th light and take a LEFT onto NORTHWEST BLVD / NORTH
WEST BLVD / US-321 BUS (Bojangles on Corner). Go to the 2nd stop light and turn Left onto 20th St.
(Right Aid Pharmacy on the Corner). At the first light turn Right onto Ashe Ave – High School on the right
– gym on the right.
From I-77 Traveling from the North: Take I40 West towards Hickory. Follow above
Hotels: Fairfield, Hickory: 15 Minutes
Courtyard, Statesville: 10 Minutes
Parking: Parking MUST be in a parking space only. There is plenty of parking. All vehicles parked in
designated areas will be towed immediately.
Restricted areas: Gym level and hallways only
Food: Food and/or tables are not allowed in any facility unless noted in the coaches meeting or prior to
tournament. Absolutely no food or drinks in the gym WATER ONLY. Concessions are generally
available; Subway and Chick Fila
Chairs: Bleachers are available. Chairs on upper level only and in auxiliary gym. All chair legs must be
protected on you cannot use them. Absolutely no exceptions
