Whether you have just been introduced to volleyball through a recreation league, friend of sibling and are just beginning to play the sport or whether you are an athlete with general skills knowledge that wants to hone your skills to prepare you for your school team, No KidN offers athletes of all levels quality skills training to better prepare you to meet your competition for next season. If you are considering a Junior Olympic Volleyball experience, No KidN is the perfect place to learn about the sport, what it takes to play JO and develop your skills with cutting edge teaching techniques. Each skills session will teach the core elements required to compete on the court PASSING, SETTING, COURT POSITIONING, SERVING, SPIKING Drills are specifically designed to be fast paced and intense with a focus on technique and discipline. Athletes will learn the cutting edge skills techniques taught by the USA National team and college coaches. Drills will incorporate court positioning, offense and defense game knowledge that will prepare athletes to run the 5-1 and 6-2 offenses required at the middle and high school levels. | PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING Through sports, education, physical performance and motivation Sports Academy trains all sport athletes for success. As part of our commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles combined with well conditioned athletes, Sports Academy has partnered with Gaston Rehab Associates and Physical Performance Center to add a much needed component to building champions on and off the court. Over 20 athletes have been participating in the Physical Performance Training program starting April 01 and each athletes has witness significant results!!! After receiving their first report cards, athletes on average decreased body fat, built core muscle strength, INCREASE THEIR VERTICAL NEARLY 2" and REDUCED THEIR 10 YARD SPRINT TIME an average of .2 seconds. |
